Bella Vista PHOTOGRAPHY program (syllabus)

Buon Appetito COOKING program
In this week you will participate in cooking demonstrations from a minimum of three chefs, all renowned in the area of Lake Bolsena for their skills. We will talk about the history and traditions of Italian foods. In addition, you will learn some of the secrets of wine and food matching interspersed with vineyard and wine cellar tours, visits to local produce markets, and enjoy a number of delectable meals at local trattorias (giving us an excuse to tour this beautiful countryside as well). You will end this program by gathering your recipes and with your own homemade preserves in hand.

Come with us!!!!! Vieni con noi!!!!
